I have to echo the importance of communication as an essential soft skill! An important aspect of communication that's come up for me recently is adaptability. Effective communicators can tailor their message to different audiences and contexts. Whether it’s speaking to executives, clients, or team members, being able to adjust your tone and approach is essential to getting the intended message across, and therefore, seeing the "right" results!
