Established in 1988, DFW-ALTA is a leader in education for the local oil and gas organizations for the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. A member's low cost annual fee provides a great value including "on the spot" Egroup messages for immediate job openings and other local industry messages. DFW-ALTA members use their organization's Directory as a resourceful tool for company contacts. In addition, members receive their periodic newsletter via email with local oil and gas news, posted job openings, NALTA's up-to-date conference and city information, summary of monthly meeting luncheons, feature articles, and other important industry news.
DFW-ALTA's increasing membership of over 280 has an opportunity to meet monthly at locations that alternate between Dallas and Ft. Worth. The purpose of the meetings is to inform members of current event topics and to provide opportunities to mingle and meet new friends in the local oil and gas industry. Dallas Luncheons are held at the Thanksgiving Tower Club. Ft. Worth meetings are held at the Ft. Worth Petroleum Club.
Each year DFW-ALTA sponsors a Spring Seminar. Our organization will hold Certification Petroleum Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) Reviews and Exams on an as need basis. These full day events greatly benefit the members both on a professional and personal level.
All of DFW-ALTA's luncheons and seminars provide members with re-certification credits in various oil and gas organizations.
