Speaker: Judy Moreland, CDOA, CPLTA

Judy Moreland graduated from Baylor University in 1975 and returned to her home town of Graham, Texas where she began her career as an Accountant with a small independent producer.  She moved to Dallas to pursue a Master’s Degree in Accounting but changed directions when she went to work in Sabine Corporation’s Land Department and fell in love with land work.  She has over 40 years of division order and title experience in Land Administration. She is currently an Advisor for Concho Resources, after serving twenty years as their Land Administration Manager.

Judy is retiring in September. and is looking forward to the nest phase of her life.  She plans to be involved full time with Friendship House, a new facility opening next January that will provide work and recreation for special needs adults in Midland and Odessa.

Judy is a Certified Division Order Analyst and a Certified Petroleum Lease and Title Analyst.

She was on the NADOA Board from 2003 to 2009, serving as NADOA President in 2008.  She also served on the NALTA Board in 2010.
