DFW-ALTA Active Membership ($30.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal: no Joining DFW-ALTA Only (2 years or more in Lease/Title work).

DFW-ALTA Associate Membership ($30.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal: no Joining DFW-ALTA Only (Less than 2 years in Lease/Title work).

When an Associate Member has earned the right to enjoy Active Membership, it shall be the responsibility of that member to inform the Recording Secretary in writing of such change in status and to provide all necessary evidence to support such a change

DFW-ALTA Retired Membership (Member is 62 years of age, with active membership 10 consecutive years) ($15.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no Member is 62 years of age, and has been an active member for 10 consecutive years.

The DFW-ALTA Board of Directors will confer Retired Membership upon the applicant after the approval of the application.
